5/5 -Wonderful seafood Tom Yum soup, with great vegetables and mushrooms in it. 4/5 -Egg rolls were pretty good 5/5-green curry was tasty. We had it with chicken. 3/5-I don't believe that their Pad Thai is there strength. It did not have a lot of chicken and they did not serve it with lime, which it would've benefited. We added some of the chili paste that they included that made it taste better... I was disappointed that they didn't have pad woodssen on the menu. We did take out, but inside was small but pleasant. Our order was ready on time. Parking is not a problem . Prices are reasonable. Pretty early, but I believe the owner has a young son so understandable ....
We have had Thai food in Thai town, Monterey park, Pasadena and I have to say- this place is the best it is a small place but the food is Sooo good! I have ever had!! We ordered yellow and green curry lunch specials! Best curries I have ever tasted! Fresh and yummy! The padseeu was awesome! Thai tea was good but lemonade was not good- powdered drink? It was worth the detour to Costco!
Came here on New Year's Day and it did not disappoint. I'm faithful to my local spot in west Covina but since we're in the area, we gave it a shot! Loved the iced coffee, not too sweet. We enjoyed the wings, crispy and light. The Keely was good, I still like my other spot better. The Tom Kha - 10/10 absolutely loved it! I could've gone spicier. And the pad see ew was also delicious, I would get it again.
Food was delicious Service was great Ambiance was comfortable We ordered cream cheese wonton, shrimp chow mein, beef pad Thai, white rice.
I was craving Thai food so thought we'd give this place a try. We started with their papaya salad with grilled shrimp. That shrimp didn't seem to be grilled, but the salad had a nice flavor to it. We also got their garlic chicken wings. It was good, but it needed a little bit more garlic. We also got the Thai style pork jerky that was pretty good too. I wish that dipping sauce was a little bit more spicy. For our mains, we got green curry with beef, which was good but a little too sweet for our taste. My favorite was the seafood Tom Yum fried rice. It had lots of seafood and it had great flavor. We ended the meal with their Thai tea that had the right amount of sweetness. I can see why they got good reviews.
Came here yesterday with the fam and ordered the Pad thai, Pad kee mao, and Tom yum noodle soup. Everything tasted delicious and the food came out hot. There was plenty of parking outside and the service was good. My only complaint was that the water tasted a little funny but if you check in, you can receive either a Thai iced tea or coffee so I went with the Thai iced tea and it was really good.
A very overdue review! I've been going to this restaurant for over a year now. I usually stop by to eat a lunch special or to pick up lunch. I've brought a few friends to try it and they've also enjoyed it. The restaurant is medium-sized with plenty of tables to accommodate different sized parties. They usually have a television on that's showing different types of Asian food, kind of like a traveling vlog focused on food. I normally get their green curry with tofu or chicken, their tom kha soup, calamari, and their young coconut. I have tried their pad thai, spicy green beans, and sticky rice with mango. Everything has been delicious! This restaurant does get busy during lunchtime, so if you're planning on dining in, come around 11:30 - 11:45 to beat the lunch crowds. I believe lunch specials end at 3:00. Overall, nothing but great experiences! The staff is both attentive and friendly. I will be returning soon.
Highly recommend! My husband suggested I try this place, and I'm so glad I did. The food is absolutely delicious, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. It had such a warm, inviting atmosphere--like a gathering of regulars, with a genuine sense of community. The yellow curry was a perfect 10/10--one of the best I've had in a long time! The cozy vibe, paired with their Nama casa, truly made for a delightful experience. I can't wait to go back!
I was craving Thai food, I stopped by Siam Casa Thai to order some dishes to go. The parking is shared with other businesses, but it was easy to find a spot to park the car. I ordered the following to go; pineapple Fried rice combination 4/5 Fried rice with eggs, pineapple chuncks, cranberry , onions & topped with cashew nuts -Calamari wonder 5/5 Deep fried batter calamari served with lime cilantro aioli and side salad -Pad see you combination. 5/5 Flat rice noodle with egg, broccoli, and carrot in a sweet soy sauce Siam Casa seafood Noodles which was noodle with various types of seafood. I confirmed with the cashier my order many times and I also, pointed at the picture. I experienced some difficulties to communicate with her and I repeated the name of every dish at least 2 to 3 times, in addition to I showed her a written note (on my cellphone notes) of the dishes that I ordered to make sure she understood me. Some how when I went home I found that she gave me Siam Casa noodles instead. It was not bad but it wasn't the one I ordered. -Siam Casa noodles; 1.5 /5 Noodle soup with shrimp, shredded chicken, meatball, tofu, crispy wonton, beansprout, green onion, and cilantro, It was tasteless. I got Free thai tea when I checked in, and I also ordered large Thai Iced coffee too. The Thai tea was good 4.5 /5 The Thai coffee was excessively sweet 2/5 Overall, the food was good. It is better to check your order before leaving the restaurant, especially if you have this intuition that that there is something wrong with communication. For this visit, it will be 3.5 stars
Delicious Thai food! For an astounding price. This Thai spot is really unsuspecting as it's nestled in a large industrial area. However, the food was excellent! I got the Siam casa noodle, which was a good portion of food and the broth was delightful. All for about 13-14 dollars. My husband got the pineapple curry, which was also delicious. Their curries don't come with rice, so definitely order a side of rice. Service was really friendly and quick. There's plenty of seating in the restaurant and they can accommodate large parties as well. I also saw signs that they cater. I highly recommend this place for a quick lunch or a delicious reasonably priced dinner.
